Server Rules

  • Don’t be a dick; be a good friend
    • No unsolicited PvP
    • No stealing
    • No cheating
    • Client-side mods are allowed as long as they are quality of life enhancements (optifine) or recording based (replay)
  • No hate speech of any kind will be tolerated
  • No griefing
    • Fix any inadvertent damage (accidents, etc.) in the world of other people’s builds
    • Do not tear down or modify any build that is not your own without permission (including community builds)
  • Pranks are alright in the name of good-natured fun
    • No destruction of people’s items/builds
    • No death by lava or void
    • In the event of PvP, please gather dropped items in a chest to avoid despawn
  • Keep your redstone server-friendly
    • Have an on/off switch
    • Light up redstone wiring
    • Cover hoppers with droppers or composters
    • Limit entity counts (ex. Items in water streams)

Guidelines

Please make sure your Discord nickname is the same as your In-Game name

Community versions of large-scale farms (ex. Wither Skeleton) should be constructed before personal versions

Spawn:

Spawn is located at -240/416. The spawn area is reserved for starter and community builds only. All personal builds must be outside of the 250 block spawn radius. There is a Mushroom Island just north of Spawn that will act as a Shopping District.

Bases:

When starting your base, please check if anyone has built within 100 blocks of the area. If there are builds closer, contact the owner for permission to build.

Nether:

Portals must be located on the same Y level (TBD)

A hub and road system will be constructed eventually

All portals must be labeled

Plugins/Datapacks

Pl3xMap
-A live map of the UderCraft world!

Universal Dyeing
-This plugin allows you to re-dye items like wool, glass, terracotta and concrete powder by adding a second set of crafting recipes for each.

Shulkers drop 2 shells
-This data packs makes shulkers drop two shells on death instead of one.

Coordinates HUD
-When you enter the command /trigger ch_toggle, a coordinate HUD will display above your item bar.

Custom armor stands
-This data pack allows for armor stands to be controlled with a special book. To get the Armor Stand book, edit a blank book and sign it with the title “Statues”.

More mob heads
-More mobs will drop heads based on a loot table that creates varying percentage drops.

Player heads
-When killed in PvP, players will drop their head.

Wandering Trader
-Wandering traders now have additional mini-block trades available.

Nether Portal Coords
-Save yourself from doing math! Use the command /trigger and select in nether or in overworld to find the corresponding coords to build your nether portals.

Tool Alerts
-When your tool is almost depleted, an alert will display in the top corner of the screen.

Silence mobs
-Silence mobs by naming them with a “silence me” nametag.

Anti-Enderman and Anti-Ghast grief protection
-Stops the endermen and ghasts from picking up and destroying blocks. (Creepers are still dangerous!)
